Dr. R.D. Purohit, the company director, started his journey in technical ceramics twenty years ago when he joined a well-renowned Government institution, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, after completing the master’s degree. He developed new technologies related to powder metallurgy of ceramic components and patented and published his applied research in the journals of international repute. The current company, “Zirconia Refratech Pvt. Ltd.,” results from his keen interest in creating value for the refractory industry from his professional experience and understanding the needs of various stakeholders in the industry.

The company’s journey started with serving small enterprises to gain experience in the refractory field. The company was able to provide quality products according to the client’s requirements and also, in the meantime, maintain the industry standards. After years of experience in the industry, the company can now produce best-in-class products by using high-end manufacturing techniques. Now, the company has established itself to serve at a bigger stage with efficient supply chain technologies to deliver its mission of producing high-quality products at a competitive price.
